Oakville Gymnastics Club welcomes our community for fun-filled birthday parties and engaging field trips!

Birthday Parties

Our birthday parties are truly a piece of cake! Bring the guest of honor and their friends for a time filled with fun and activity! We have a decorated party room, experienced coaches and awesome gymnastics activities waiting for you.

Birthday parties are held on Saturdays at Schlegel’s Gymnastics Centre.

  • $425 (3+ years)
  • 20 participants MAX
  • 75 mins EXCLUSIVE use of gym
  • 2 qualified coaches
  • Special SGC invitations
  • 3 pizzas and 1 juice box
  • SGC t-shirt for the birthday child Full supervision and clean-up
ULTIMATE NINJA PACKAGE
  • $525 (3+ years)
  • 20 participants MAX
  • Includes everything in the SGC package plus Ultimate Ninja set up in gym
ULTIMATE PARTY PACKAGE
  • 3 HOURS
  • $650 (4+ years)
  • 20 participants MAX
  • Includes everything in the SGC package plus movie, popcorn and a Schlegel’s Award
TODDLER
PACKAGE
  • 1.5 HOURS
  • $295 (2-4 years)
  • 12 participants MAX
  • Up to 70 mins use of the gym
  • 20 mins in the decorated party area
  • 2 qualified coaches
  • Special SGC invitations
  • SGC t-shirt for the birthday child Full supervision and clean up
What You Supply :
  • Plates, utensils, napkins, birthday cake, candles and loot bags
  • Completed participant list sent 2 days prior to party
Booking :
  • $150 deposit to confirm date
  • Balance due the day before the party
Cancellation :
  • Up to 7 days before the party – $50 fee
  • Within 7 days of the party – Deposit is non-refundable
